Age Eligibility & User Scope

This application and all its collage tools, template resources, and functional services are not developed for, nor directed toward, minors. We do not knowingly collect data from, deliver services to, or retain information of any individual under the age of 18.

You confirm that you are of legal adult age in your jurisdiction prior to using this app. We reserve the right to restrict or permanently block access to any user who violates this age limitation. We disclaim all liability for unauthorized minor usage and any resulting data issues or disputes.

Data Processing Principles & Collected Content

Halmir adheres to a local-only, minimal-data processing principle. As a pure offline collage creation tool, the app only processes data actively submitted by users for the sole purpose of completing template-based photo stitching. No passive background data collection, no device tracking, and no sensitive information harvesting occurs at any time.

The only data processed during app usage includes local images you manually upload and adjust for collage creation. All image processing operations run entirely on your personal mobile device. We do not automatically collect personal identifiers, location data, contact information, device metadata, or any other irrelevant private data.

Purpose of Data Usage

All user-submitted image data is processed exclusively to deliver Halmir’s core collage service: enabling template matching, image layout adjustment, collage preview, and local file saving. No user data will be utilized for advertising, user profiling, commercial push, data analysis, or any secondary purposes unrelated to the app’s photo stitching functions.

We only process user content to maintain basic app operability, optimize template compatibility, and ensure consistent, stable collage creation experiences. All data usage strictly complies with the principle of necessity and legality.

Local Storage & Zero Server Retention

Halmir implements a strict zero-cloud-storage mechanism. All uploaded original images and finished collage works are stored locally on your mobile device only. We operate no background servers to sync, backup, cache, or retain your image content. No user creative data is transmitted externally under any circumstances.

You hold full and absolute control over all your collage files. You may edit, export, or delete local image and collage records at your sole discretion through device system settings or in-app operations. Our servers retain zero user data permanently.

No Third-Party Data Sharing

We uphold a zero-sharing policy for all user private data. Under no circumstances will we sell, trade, rent, disclose, or forward your uploaded images and collage works to any third-party individuals, companies, or organizations.

Data disclosure is only permitted when legally mandatory, including compliance with judicial orders, governmental regulatory requirements, or emergency measures required to protect public safety and legitimate legal interests.

As a Halmir user, you enjoy complete privacy control rights. You have full authority to access, view, manage, and delete all local collage content generated through the app. You may withdraw usage rights at any time by uninstalling the application and clearing local file data.
